Dr. Gregory is a Supervisory Microbiologist/Director of Biotechnology Application Laboratory at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta, USA. We are investigating large eukaryotic microbiome and metagenomic data sets obtained from deep sequencing of arthropod vector ticks.

Dr. Vaithilingaraja Arumugaswami
​Dr. Vaithi is an Associate Professor at University of California, Los Angeles, USA. I collaborated with Dr. Vaithi to work on many RNA viruses (i.e. Zika virus and SARS-CoV-2). I investigates how genome of RNA viruses evolve and infected host responses to these pathogens.

Dr. J.J. Emerson
Dr. Emerson is an Associate Professor at University of California - Irvine, USA. I am working with him to identify the structural variations in the genome of Drosophila and Mosquito populations.
